Compassionate Telehealth Therapy for Adults Across Ohio

  • When you work with me, you can expect a therapy experience that honors the whole, complex, and unique person you are. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing—everyone deserves support that truly meets their needs.

  • My practice is deeply rooted in connection with neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ individuals, helping you navigate life’s challenges with self-compassion and acceptance. I don’t focus on “hacks” for productivity, because you are not the problem—our society’s relentless demand for hyper-productivity often leads to burnout, and healing comes from honoring your needs, not forcing yourself into an unsustainable mold.

  • I believe neurodivergence is not something to be “fixed.” The real barriers to thriving are systems that weren’t built with us in mind. Together, we can focus on self-advocacy, self-compassion, and discovering ways of living that feel empowering and sustainable.

  • Likewise, being queer or trans should not be a struggle—it should be joyful, affirming, and celebrated. Unfortunately, systemic oppression creates unnecessary challenges that can lead to grief and trauma. I hold space for that reality while also supporting you in finding joy, connection, and resilience.

  • I offer assessments and letters of endorsement for gender-affirming care in alignment with WPATH guidelines. I know the process can feel frustrating and unfair, and I strive to make it as smooth, affirming, and stress-free as possible.

  • I also recognize the fear and uncertainty that many trans and gender-diverse people are feeling due to ongoing attacks on our rights. The grief and anger these policies create are real, and I stand with you in navigating them.

  • No matter what challenges we face, you deserve to live a life that is authentic, fulfilling, and filled with joy. I would be honored to walk this path with you.
