My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and deeply rooted in self-compassion and mindfulness. We'll explore what matters most to you, while focusing on the intersection of LGBTQIA+ identity with neurodivergence, race, disability, trauma, relationships, and more.

For trans, nonbinary, and gender non-conforming adults I offer assessments and letters for gender affirming surgeries.

For pre-licensed mental health providers I offer supervision and consultation—all grounded in gender affirming, neurodivergent affirming, inclusive care.

Services and Rates

LGBTIA+ Affirming Therapy (including assessment for WPATH letters): I provide assessments and letters for gender-affirming surgeries in line with WPATH guidelines. I know the process can be overwhelming and feel unfair—I’m here to try to make it go as smoothly, respectfully, and as supportive as possible.

Trauma informed Neurodivergent Affirming Therapy: I don’t push productivity “hacks” or try to “fix” who you are. You are probably not the problem anyway—systems that weren’t built with us in mind are. Therapy should honor your needs, not force you further into harmful molds or masks.

Complex PTSD and Trauma Therapy: Struggling with insomnia, panic attacks, or chronic pain or illness? Together, we can sort through what actually helps and find tools that support your sensitive nervous system—so you can feel more grounded, calm, and in control.

Clinical Supervision for pre-licensed professionals (LPC, LSW, MFT): See more here. Neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+ or BIPOC providers are prioritized. No intake required for supervision. Rates may be subject to sliding scale for therapists who are part of marginalized groups.

$150 per 60 minute session, $170 for initial intake

I am out-of-network and do not take insurance, which increases your privacy and autonomy. (info here on why this may be beneficial)

Those with Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) or FSAs can typically use those

If you do carry insurance, I can offer an invoice for potential reimbursement from your insurance company
